Hi, I'm a final year master of secondary teaching student with a bachelor's in Science and English from UWA. I can teach science and English from years 7-10 and specialise in human biology, biology and English literature.
I have been with My Academy since 2021 and have experience teaching in classrooms and tutoring one-on-one. For my teaching philosophy, I believe that engaging students in their learning is key and in 'STEAM' which combines skills learned in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
I'm from Perth and my personal interests are in reading, film and theatre. I am also an avid sport fencer and love swimming and gardening.
